       Our proprietary, independently developed platform delivers a comprehensive, real-time operational picture of the marine environment, targets, and navigation resources. This enables both high-level situational awareness and rapid, precise positioning. Built on a full-stack domestic GIS engine with proprietary intellectual property, it supports OGC-standard services (e.g., WFS, WMS) and integrates essential GIS functions—including map zoom, pan, measurement, and dynamic rendering of objects such as vessels and vehicles—while ensuring fast map refresh rates

The platform allows users to visualize port environments from any aerial perspective and altitude, and to navigate directly to key features like berths and docks. This delivers an intuitive and vivid visualization experience, significantly enriching the application value and interpretability of nautical charts.
Vessel Dynamic Monitoring Platform

The vessel dynamic monitoring platform, relying on data fusion servers, vessel monitoring application servers, and front-end monitoring devices, conducts dynamic supervision of vessels within monitored waters based on electronic charts. It enables multi-source signal integration, electronic chart applications, vessel monitoring applications, track playback management, video-linked tracking, and statistical analysis, providing supervisors with convenient and efficient vessel monitoring capabilities.
